Take a Girl Biking Day

Take a Girl Biking Day takes place for the first time ever on Saturday May 7th, 2016 at St. Edwards Park in Kenmore, WA.  In an effort to get more girls biking (of any age!), we're creating this event/day to happen each year, and maybe to spread to other locations.  We'll have community partners and vendors assisting, with fun activities, clinics, rides and small give-aways.  As of February of 2016, the plans are coming together, including finding all the sponsors and partners.  So far, the community is leaning in!  We'll have a focus, for sure, on getting young girls on bikes and stoked to be there, but we'll definitely have the secondary focus on getting "your girl" (whatever the age) out on the bike with you.  AND, absolutely bring the brothers if you're a parent bringing a daughter out.  Everyone is welcome!  More info coming soon on Facebook, Twitter and our website.  #TAGBiking, @TAGBiking, TAGBiking.com
