We did not get to ride this great route on Thanksgiving because of icy road conditions. So let's try again. The route takes us up the inclines of Sahalee, Ames Lk, Union and Education Hills. This is a hilly ride of 34 miles and 2200 feet total elevation gain. We'll ride at the high end of moderate pace (16 mph) on flat terrain, self pace while riding up the hills, and regroup at the top of each hill. There is a portable restroom at the start. Don't forget to bring some nutrition for a brief stop along the way. Please print a cue sheet from the link if you use one, and bring a spare tube and equipment to fix a flat if needed. Steady rain cancels. The ride leader will not be at the ride start should weather meet the definition for cancellation (steady rain). Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section at least two (2) hours prior to the ride start.

This ride is available as a RIDE LEADER MENTORING OPPORTUNITY. Link for route: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/11263012.

Please register for the ride by: signing into (or creating) a Cascade account, click the Register button, click the waiver release box and complete the Emergency Contact Number, click on save and you are registered.  By doing this you will save time at the ride start.  If you are unable to attend you do not need to "un-register"!
