This is a social ride through the hills and valleys of east King County. Meet in the Redhook Brewery parking lot. Please park in the southeastern area of the lot. There are restrooms at the start and we’ll stop for lunch at mile 26 (Duvall Starbucks). We will return via Highbridge Road, Fales Road, and Woodinville. Riders should be able to maintain15-16 mph on flats with no wind. We will regroup at the tops of major hills. Please bring equipment to fix a flat and know how to use it. We will try to wait for mechanicals, etc. but may not be able to wait for everything, so make sure you know the way back in case you get separated from the group. You can print the map/cue sheet (see http://ridewithgps.com/routes/11157775) and/or load it onto your GPS device. Note: It is possible we will vary the route due to weather conditions, etc. The ride will start at 10:00 a.m. sharp so please arrive at the starting point 15 minutes beforehand to prepare, sign the waiver, and go through the S.M.A.R.T. safety briefing. Rain, showers, or probable rain may cancel. If in doubt you can check this website or call the leader after 8:00 a.m. day of ride.

Comments
Route change due to floods.
Nov. 19 NOTE:
Some of the roads on this route (in the Snoqualmie Valley) are still flooded after the big rainstorms earlier in the week. Therefore I will change the route significantly. Start time and place will not change, however.
Updated route
Here's the new route: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/11218839
We'll go from Redhook through East Bellevue to Factoria, then north along the east shore of Lake Washington to Woodinville. You can expect a few hills but you can climb at your own speed and we'll regroup at the tops when necessary. There will be a restroom stop at 19 miles and we'll have lunch in Carillon Point at 26 miles.
