- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

A social ride with some short hills and short sections of traffic. We will regroup at the top of all hills. Exact route depends on the weather and the group. A food stop in mid-ride. DIRECTIONS TO START: Take exit 177 from I5 and go west (as if going to Edmonds/ferry) Turn right on 76th (the first real right turn at the light) and then right on 228th which curves around and changes name to Lakeview. Park is on the right. Sign says Ballinger Playfield and Community Center. Come 15 minutes early to hear the explanation of the route and safety information about posts and curbings.
