  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

A mix of quiet suburban streets, the North Creek Trail and the Interurban Trail North.  We will ride into Mill Creek through woods,then head north to 112th and circumnavigate Silver Lake.  A stop for coffee/tea/soup/sandwich/pastry, then back through suburban streets for a glimpse of Lake Stickney and on to the starting point with possible vista of Martha Lake. 

DIRECTIONS TO START;  From I-5 Just North of Lynnwood, take the 164th St. SW exit and turn onto 164th heading east, proceed to left lane to turn north at the 2nd traffic light, which is Meadow Road.  Go north on Meadow Road until 146 St. SW, turn right go for a few blocks east, the park will be on your right.
