Bike Ride to the Grand Opening of the Cascade Bicycle Center

- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

The new Cascade Bicycle Center in Magnuson Park has its Grand Opening on Saturday, November 15th! Let's join the celebration with a Steady Pace, 33-mile ride starting from and returning to the S. Bellevue P&R. We'll spend enough time at the Center to tour the new facilities, meet other riders, ride leaders, CBC staff and enjoy some light refreshments. You might want to bring some extra food for lunch.
Riders should print the cue sheet and bring a spare tube, tools and the know-how to fix a flat. Please arrive at the start by 8:45 am for the safety briefing so we can roll promptly at 9:00 am. Restrooms are located at Enatai Beach Park about 1 mile into the ride.
The ride leader will not be at the ride start should weather meet the definition for cancellation (showers). Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section below at least two (2) hours prior to the ride start. If you have questions about the weather, please call 818-590-8167, preferably before you leave for the ride.
