A short loop from Issaquah up through the Highlands to circle Beaver Lake then down to E Lk Sammamish Pkwy, through Marymoor to W Lake Samm, and back to the start. One climb up to the Highlands and one descent. Please be at the start by 8:45 AM so we can do the admin and be on our way by 9:00.
No map/cue sheet. Flush toilets at Tibbetts Park, just east of the start. Porta-pot at the start, but quality is not guaranteed.
No food stop, so bring something to munch along the way.
The listed phone number will not be answered on the day of the ride, except as noted in event of weather cancellation. See next below.
If the conditions for weather cancellation exist on ride morning, I will not go to the start. In that case I'll post a ride-cancelled message in the Comment block below, not later than 7:00 AM. Check for that message if the weather looks iffy and call if you have questions.
Directions to the start: From Seattle take I-90 to Exit 15 for State Route 900 and 17th Avenue NW. Turn right at the top of the exit ramp and go three lights to Newport Way NW. Turn left there and then right at the first light, into the Park & Ride overflow lot. Go to the far end of the overflow lot and look for the ride leader.
