This is a "FITNESS/ HEALTH/ TRAINING RIDE."   For this ride you must be self sufficient. Bring plenty of water and nourishment. There will be no sweep. Head light and tail light highly recommended. We will meet in front of 24 Hour Fitness at Westwood Village Shopping Center. Drive past QFC, the Fitness Center is next to Starbucks and Big 5 Sporting Goods. Arrive early enough to sign in and get yourself ready, we leave promptly at the posted time.
