hey hey hey!!! Let's have some fun.... On this ride no one gets dropped.... ;-) This is a "Social, Fitness Health, Recreational, Bicycling Basics/ Getting Started," type of ride. ;-) For this ride you must be self sufficient. Bring plenty of water, nourishment and money for your treats. There will be no sweep. Head light and tail light highly recommended. You need to bring a cell phone, a pump, tube and/ or repair kit and know how to use it. We will meet in front of 24 Hour Fitness at Westwood Village Shopping Center. Drive past QFC, the Fitness Center is next to Starbuck's and Big 5 Sporting Goods. Arrive early enough to sign in and get yourself ready, we leave promptly at the posted time. Bathrooms available at the Fitness Center.
