Join us at our one-day She Bikes Cycling Clinic. The clinic is great for riders of all abilities, but has a focus on new riders and those wanting to improve their skills. Plus, you will have the opportunity to network with passionate female cyclists in your area!

****Please note this clinic is designed for 18+. Cascade Camps and Classes have programs suitable for youth.
Class size - 50
Registration includes - lunch and happy hour food/drinks.
On-bike instruction includes - group riding skills, group riding etiquette, shifting, braking and cornering, plus a ride to practice.
Seminars/workshops includes - basic bike fit, stretch and strengthening for fitness, and a Q&A session.
Registration bonus - registered participants will have the opportunity to purchase a discounted entry to the new Valley River Ride on April 2.
What you need to bring - your bike, helmet, wet weather clothing (just in case, it's the PNW!), a change of clothes (if you get wet), enthusiasm!
The clinic focuses on improving skills, confidence and knowledge in a supportive environment where women can safely learn to handle their bike better and continue building on this after the clinic.

10 a.m. Clinic overview/group assignments
10:30 a.m. On-bike activities - group riding basics, riding on the road skills, short ride to practice skills
12:30 p.m. Lunch/meet the Ride Leaders
1:45 p.m. Cycling clothing "fashion show;" find out what works in different weather conditions
2:15 p.m. Staying strong as a cyclist - stretching/yoga
2:30 p.m. Bike fit for women - being comfortable on the bike
3:15 p.m. Q&A - panel discussion
4 - 5 p.m. Wine/munchies/mingle
