Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Join us for a day of touring neighborhoods in North King County and Seattle. We'll cruise through Shoreline, Greenwood and Phinney with a refuel at Starbucks around mile16. Afterwards, we ride along one of Seattle's Greenways, across the Ballard Locks to Magnolia and Queen Anne; then back to Headquarters at Cascade Bicycle Club.

The ride is hilly, but we will regroup at the top of hills

REGISTRATION: Click on the red “Register Now” button above to sign up for the ride - it saves time at the start. In order to pre-register, you need to have or create an account but you don't have to become a member and there is no charge.

STARTING TIME: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the published start time to ready your bike and participate in the safety and ride briefing. Restrooms, water and opportunity to check out Cascade Bicycle Club available at the start.

WEATHER: In the event of showers, or other adverse conditions, ride will be cancelled and leader will not be at the start, but will post cancel info in the comments section below, at least 2 hours before start time.
