- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

We'll leave Sam Smith Park at 8am, pick up riders at Enatai Beach Park (under east end of I-90 east channel bridge) at 8:30, then pick up riders at Tibbetts Park in Issaquah at 9. We'll climb Squak from Tibbetts, and then go out to Tiger and climb it from both directions. We’ll head back to Squak and climb it from the south, descending to Tibbetts. We’ll then climb Zoo hill and descend via Montreaux. The final climb will be up Sommerset. There will be no specific food stop on this ride. So please bring plenty of nutrition and two water bottles for such a long hilly ride.

Steve, I plan to join Saturday Hills ride from Issaquah. I don't have a current Cascade membership- that OK? Do I need to sign something? Thanks Tim

Tim - you do not need to be a Cascade Club member to participate in these "free daily rides" posted on Cascade's site. You can certainly join Saturday's Hills of the West Coast ride at Tibbett's Park in Issaquah. we'll probably be there around 9:05. and yeah, you'll get to sign a little liability waiver form when we arrive and before we start climbing in earnest. -steve Hulsman.
