Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

This Saturday please come and join me for a ride from Sumner up to Kent with a coffee stop at the Busted Bike Cafe. We will meet in the Fred Meyer parking lot on the east side of the store in Sumner.

Restrooms are available at the start in the Fred Meyer store.

Please be courteous to your fellow riders and arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start to prepare your bike, listen to the ride briefing and SMART talk. We will roll promptly at 10 AM.

Please ensure your bike is in good working order before joining and come prepared with the tools and knowledge to fix flats and minor mechanical issues. Also, you might want to print a cue sheet for yourself or download the gps of the route.

In the event of a weather cancellation, a notice will be posted in the comments section on this page at least two hours before the ride and the ride leaders will not be at the ride start location.

Please pre-sign the waiver by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top, filling in the requested information, and clicking on Save. Online waiver will close two hours before the start, after that time you will need to legibly sign the waiver at the start location.
