Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

We ride from the Cascade offices to Seward Park, and after a short break, we ride back to Cascade offices.

You can view the cue sheet, route details and upload the route to your GPS device from the “route (cue sheet)” link at the bottom of this page. Make sure to print a cue sheet and bring it with you.

Please come with the skills and equipment to change a flat; the group does not stop for long for mechanical issues.

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ride to sign the waiver and be part of the safety briefing. S.M.A.R.T. riding is the standard and all riders are held accountable for doing their best to adhere to these.

Fenders are recommended for wet conditions. Please come with long fenders including a buddy flap if the roads are wet.

Steady rain cancels. Ride organizer will not be at the start in the event of cancellation. If the ride is cancelled, this page will be updated with the cancellation at least two hours before the ride start, so check back here if unsure.

This ride is cancelled. We won't be at the ride start. I'm seeing rain, and the forecast says it won't let up until 2 PM. The satelite image shows rain in the area at least until 5 pm and thunder in some areas.
