Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

For mentoring opportunity, please contact the Ride Leader at least two days in advance so that you have time to familiarize yourself with the route and discuss any route issues and raise any other questions.

Join us for a scenic, peaceful and beautiful ride through the trees and farmlands of east Puyallup, meandering along the Puyallup River up to South Prairie along the foothills trail.

If the ride is canceled due to weather it will be posted here in comments by 8:00am and ride leader will not be waiting at the start.

Come prepared to fix flats and have a plan for dealing with mechanical issues. Generally, the group will not wait for flats/mechanical issues so make sure you know the route or have printed a CUE sheet.

Restrooms at the start. Please arrive early enough to hear the route details, and review Cascade riding S.M.A.R.T. We will start promptly at 9:00 am. The pace is MODERATE (14-16 mph) on flat roads, If roads/ trail is wet, fenders are requested and appreciated by the rider behind you.

Start time 0900 or 930?

In the ride title the start time is 9:30am, however in the ride description is says start promptly at 9:00am. I'm guessing 9:30?
