So, it's January. We still have to eat, and we still have to ride! Let's head out in the brisk January air for a Liquid Lunch, because in this town there's no excuse for not enjoying a water view while dining. We'll start from Renton's Burnett Linear Park, and ride the flat route up through Tukwila and South Park to Harbor Avenue. Lunch is Asian Fusion at Marination Ma Kai, before we retrace our steps back down to Renton. There's some personal history to this ride, too. Marination sits on the site of the historic Seacrest Boathouse, home of the annual Tengu Fishing Club mooching derby, the area's longest running fishing derby. My grandfather was a legendary sports fisherman, and an early two-time derby winner.
Pace will be Moderate (14-16 mph), and we will stay together as a group. Please make sure that you are equipped to deal with mechanicals and emergencies. Rain, snow, or ice will cancel the ride. If conditions two hours prior to the scheduled ride start call for cancellation, I will post a cancellation comment on this site. In that instance, I will not be at the ride start. Please check this site before you leave for the start.
See you Monday!

Do you have an ETA for arriving back at Burnett Park?

Sorry for the late response, just saw this. My guess would be 1:45 or so.
