- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Typically, the ride will be 40 to 50 miles with one coffee stop. Ride varies by wind direction and weather (sometimes it is dry heading south and vice versa. Please make sure you are up to the pace and be prepared should you get a flat

route to be determined as stated in the description. Typically, there will be one decent hill, but will not be necessarily geared to someone who is out for hill workouts

Hi, thanks for the question. I sometimes do this ride at a strenuous pace and that means 20-22, level ground, no wind. This ride is a bit less effort, so up to 20 effort, no wind, good terrain. That does not mean the speed would not be much higher with a stiff tailwind.
If some wish to go much faster, they are welcome to do so, but I will maintain the effort level of up to 20, no wind, level ground
