This Vigorous ride heads north from Log Boom Park into Snohomish county, with a lunch stop en route. Route may be shortened if weather is bad. If in doubt, check here for cancellation due to weather on the morning of the ride. If there is not a moderate or brisk MUMPS ride posted, riders who can maintain a brisk pace will not be dropped.
The route will be posted here by Sunday afternoon, it will likely involve lunch in Sultan.

Comments
Route
Cary's Welch shortcut to Tualco, then Ben Howard to Sultan for an early lunch, then home by way of Monroe and Snohomish. Since there is no moderate section listed today, we will accomodate riders who can keep up a brisk pace with regroups as needed. There is an opportunity to cut 20+ miles off the ride by skipping Sultan and rejoining the route in Monroe.

Bring sunscreen, water and anything else you might need. We are riding on somewhat remote rural roads, and if you have any personal emergency medical needs such as an epi-pen, it would be wise to always carry them with you.
