MUMPS: Head Up North

- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

MUMPS is heading north again!
Note that the pace of the ride is Brisk instead of the usual Vigorous. The ride leader is recovering from a foot injury. If there is not a moderate group listed today, we will be riding and regrouping such that a fast moderate rider could keep up with us.
This Brisk ride heads north from Log Boom Park into Snohomish county, with a lunch stop en route. Route may be shortened if weather is bad. If in doubt, check here for cancellation due to weather on the morning of the ride.
The route will be posted here by Sunday afternoon. If the weather is good we will likely ride 58 miles through Clearview to Everett for lunch and return via Lake Stickney and Perkins.
