Join us for a scenic ride around the South end of Lake Washington starting at the parking lot on West Mercer way just north of the I-90 interchange. If you haven't ridden the new Eastrail segments (including the just opened trail just north of the VMAC) this is your chance.
Please have your bike prepped and be ready to ride at 10:00. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done. If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group.
We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, with occasional regroups.
PortaPot but no water at start, but we will stop at Coulon Park about 10 miles into the ride.
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
We hope you can join us!

weather looking good
It looks like we'll have decent weather on Saturday - no rain, but cloudy and chilly. I'm ok with that. Looking forward to the ride - my first around the southern end of Lake Washington.
