Come to Fall City Community Park on Sunday for a moderate-pace ramble in the Snoqualmie River Valley, with a short stop for refreshment at Starbucks in Carnation on the way back.  We'll go at about 15 mph on the flats when there is no wind, and there may be pauses for scenery and agricultural activities of note.

There is a porta-pot but no water at the start.  There also is a porta-pot opportunity at Jubilee Farm/Mile 5.6 and at Chinook Bend Park/Mile 11.4.  Restroom and water are on the return leg at Carnation/Mile 22.7.  A RideWithGPS route map and cue sheet are at the Link, below.  If you need a cue sheet, please print one.  Electric-assist bikes are welcome.

Please be ready to ride at 9:30 AM when we will do the safety briefing and get on the road. IMPORTANT TO NOTE:  If you are not present and ready at 9:30 when we start the safety briefing, you will not be allowed to participate.

Bring: ID; equipment and skills to fix flats; a phone and a plan for rescue if your bike fails.  If roads are wet, rooster tails from bare tires are a safety and comfort issue for other riders.  Unless the geometry of your bike won't allow, fenders with long mudflaps are strongly recommended.

Note: The listed phone will not be answered on the morning of the ride and its voicemail will not be checked. If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, I will post a ride-cancelled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and will not be at the start location.  Also, please note that registrations will close at 7:00 AM on Sunday and there is no walk-in sign-up at Fall City.

Come ride!
