Join us for a 40.1-mile ride from Ash Way Park & Ride at a Moderate pace (14-16 mph on the flats.)
This route goes over to the Snohomish River Valley, then to the north end of Everett and back to the start.
Let's meet at the northeast lot of the park & ride. Please, be ready to ride at 7:55 a.m. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done. If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group.
We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to regroup occasionally.
Restrooms and water are not available at the start. We will make a quick bathroom stop at Thornton Sullivan Park on Silver Lake at mile point 6. (Water fountain at the park is not working very well, so please arrive at the start prepared with enough water to do 23 miles.) We will make a coffee/snack/restroom/water stop at Seas the Day Cafe at mile point 23.
Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
We hope you can join us.

Bring a mask
Because we will be stopping at a cafe in Everett for coffee, etc., you must have a mask to enter the business. Also masks are required to enter the adjacent port authority building where the bathrooms and water fountains are located.
