We'll catch the 9:45 ferry to Southworth and ride to Port Orchard with a side trip to Manchester State Park. This is a beautiful ride, mostly along the water and mostly flat with just a few hills. We'll have lunch at the farmers market in Port Orchard. Return by the same route minus the side trip. Bring money for the ferry and for lunch. And bring some camel chow.
Ride start: Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ride to buy your ferry ticket, sign the liability waiver and hear the safety briefing. Water and restrooms are available at the start. Be prepared if you have a mechanical problem e.g. flat tire.
Parking: I recommend parking in the UPPER parking lot at Lincoln Park and riding down the hill to the ferry. The lower Lincoln Park lot has a time limit.
Weather cancellation: - Showers, snow, icy conditions or more severe weather will cancel the ride. Ride cancellation will be announced in the comments section at least two hours before start time and the ride leader(s) will not be at the start.
If you have questions, please contact the Ride Leader.

Masks
I'm pretty sure we'll need masks for the ferry so bring one along unless you want to wait on the car deck. It's going to be a hot one but this ride along the water will be much cooler than downtown. Don't forget the sunscreen!
