Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Hey, let's take in the openness of Fall City as we start from the Quigley Park on SR 202 and head on up to Snoqualmie Falls, take in its splendor and continue on back roads between Snoqualmie and North Bend. We will break at George's Cafe for some delicious pastries and pasties in North Bend and then head back to Fall City with a stop at Snoqualmie Lower Falls. Parking is at Quigley Park along SR 202 across from the Farmhouse Market. At the start of the ride, bathrooms (Sani-cans) are located at nearby Mobil Station (on Preston Fall City Road just off SR 202).

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leaders will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leaders will not be at the start location.

Hi all,
Looks pretty dismal for riding today due to rain. Will reschedule SPOKES Goes on a Forked Ride for sometime in July or August. Look for Gail’s 2 Ferries Ride coming up in mid-July. Thanks for choosing to ride with us and see you next month. Michelle and Gail
