Are you ready?
Gail and I went out last week and pre-rode the route. I forgot about some of the hilly streets getting out of Woodinville and back into Woodinville via Paradise and NE 165th St. that climbs up and down before crossing 140 th Ave NE on our way back to Wilmot Gateway Park. So try to get in a few practice hills, say 6-10%. I rode up Trilogy Parkway and down Novelty Hill and then up and down NE 116th on my way to Elements bike shop to get a tune-up. So that was a good workout. See you all in one week.
