  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Ride Description: A short mid-week training ride. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign the waiver and receive the safety briefing. We will be leaving promptly at 6:00 pm.

Regroup policy:  We will regroup at the top of the hill and near any turns.

Note: This is a Steady (12-14 mph) training ride and not suitable for families with small children. No minors under age 16; 16-17 year olds allowed with consent form and advanced permission from me at least 24 hours in advance (judauten@gmail.com or 253-686-3530).

Please print cue sheets (from browser or RWGPS) and bring all necessary tools & tubes to handle any flats, etc.

FOR RAINY CONDITIONS, FENDERS REQUESTED. For the comfort of your fellow riders, we request that riders come with long fenders in case the roads are wet. If you do not have fenders and conditions warrant them, you may be asked to ride in the back of the group as a courtesy to the riders behind you.

Cancellation Policy: Showers cancel. If cancellation occurs, an update will be posted in the comments section 2 hours prior to the start time. Ride Leader will not be at the starting point if ride is cancelled.
