May Valley Road - Issaquah Coffee Run (NOTE--Pacific Standard Time)
KEEPING RIDERS SAFE
- Advance registration required for all participants. If you decide not to ride, please click Cancel My Registration below to open space for others. (How to cancel)
- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.
If you are new, please read our newcomer information.
We'll ride at a brisk pace at 16-18mph on flat terrain, self pace while riding up the hills, and regroup at the top of each hill. There is no restroom at the P&R where we meet so we'll stop at the Shell Station at about the 1/2 mile mark. We'll make a second stop for rest room and nutrition at Issaquah Coffee at mile 17 where you can purchase food or consume your own.
Please RSVP by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page. Then put a checkmark in the waiver release box, complete the Emergency Contact Number, and click on Save. By doing this you will save time at the ride start. Note that this RSVP requires a Cascade Bicycle Club account. If you don't have one and/or don't want one, come to the ride anyway and just sign the waiver/attendee sheet. All are welcome.
If weather conditions meet the cancel criteria on the day of the ride, I will post a ride-cancelled notice in Comments, below, two hours prior. Ice or snow also cancel. Please check here before leaving for the ride.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the ride start to ready your bike and hear the safety briefing. If wet weather, please be courteous to other riders by having fenders on your bike (preferably extra long with a buddy/mud flap).

Let's ride, though I may change thr route to a South Lake Washington loop with a stop in Leschi depending on road debris and the rainless window at the start.

Newport Hills Park is an amazing place to go for a ride. I l0ove the natural beauty in that place. And the climate is so stunning there. https://www.cbdextractions.com I hope you had the same experience there. Am I right?
