Done with your Christmas shopping?  Here is a chance to burn off some of those Christmas calories.

EAstside Ride The Hills DREAM rides are focused on developing stronger riders by training on hills or using intervals (or both :).  This week's route includes a number of hills in Kirkland and Woodinville as well as Paradise Lake Road.  You can ride the hills at your own pace, we will regroup at the top.

We will meet at the parking lot at the Woodinville Sports Fields.  There are water and restrooms across the street at Wilmott Gateway Park.   For this ride we will plan one stop water stop at the Marymoor Park.

Showers cancel this ride. Check this website for weather updates if the weather looks iffy. Please bring fenders if the roads are wet.

We will regroup At the top of all hills, and at major turns. An effort will be made to accommodate people with a range of abilities, but riders who are significantly off the group pace should come prepared to finish the ride on their own.

I am posting this ride at a vigorous pace but if the roads are wet or rain is threatened we may slow the pace down to accommodate people with heavier rain bikes.

Nice to see this post here. Kroger Company started a web portal named Greatpeople.me for all the Associates and Employees for straightforward access. The greatpeople.me kroger login employee portal is an online worker entrance intended for representatives and different partners just who are in charge of Kroger organization.
