Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

This will be a mostly flat ride from the Regal Cinema 17 (north side of parking lot) in Auburn heading up to Flaming Geyser State Park and return.

If you are new to group riding, please review the Cascade newcomer info at the link below.

Have extra tubes, a tire pump and a fun attitude. Please be courteous to your fellow riders and arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start to prepare your bike, listen to the ride briefing and allow us to leave on time.

Regroups will be as needed. We will wait a reasonable amount of time but in the interest of the group we may not be able to wait an extended period of time.

Cancellations: In the event of a weather cancellation, a notice will be posted in the comments on this page at least two hours before the ride and the ride leader will not be at the ride start location.

Restrooms: Available at the start (WalMart) and at the turn around at Flaming Geyser.

Cue sheets will not be provided, please print one if desired.
