- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Clockwise loop around Redmond with stops at Trilogy Starbuck’s, Carnation, and Beaver Lake. A few gradual climbs are followed my a wonderful downhill into the Snoqualmie River Valley with a lunch stop in Carnation. Six miles of flat terrain along the Snoqualmie River will warm your muscles for a steep climb up to Sammamish plateau and a loop around Beaver Lake prior to a rest stop at Beaver Lake Park. Return to Redhook from plateau via Louis Thompson Rd, East Lake Sammamish Pkwy, and Sammamish River Trail.
Ride will be cancelled two hours prior to start if the weather is wet and leader will not be at start.
