On this mountain bike ride, we will roam the trails around the Black Diamond/Summit Ridge/Henry's Ridge area.  These trails are well maintained and drain well, but can be somewhat technically challenging with some roots/rocks and logs on the trail.  I would not suggest this for 1st time riders, but it is not difficult terrain.  This is good ride for those that like XC riding with relatively short climbs, flowy lines, along with a some logs and stumps to make it interesting.  This is one of my favorite areas to ride.

We will meet at the new gravel parking lot that is posted as "Black Diamond Open Space - Ravensdale Creek" on WA 169 and just south of 288th Street SE.  If you Google Map "WA 169 & 288th ST SE", the lot is south of the this intersection on the east side of the road.  Please call/im me if you have any problems at 206-799-812eight

This lot is on SR 169 (Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road SE) approximately 3-4 miles south of WA 516 (SE Kent Kangley Road), or a little over 6 miles south from WA 18.
