- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

A STEADY ride from Gasworks Park to Edmonds. There will be a lunch stop in Edmonds prior to the return to the ride start. Return ride will be via Lake Forest Park and the Burke Gilman Trail along the west shoreline of Lake Washington. Ride will also be cancelled if freezing conditions and/or snow is present. Bring money or credit card for Lunch Stop. Dress appropriately for cool/cold weather conditions.

TO TREATS RIDERS; This ride will be led by Mike Morelands (David Bordewick hurt his ankle and is not riding right now). Ride will start as planned at Gasworks Park at 10 AM and go to Edmonds for lunch and return. Exact route may be slightly different than route planned by David.
