This is a training ride intended for people who are preparing for a long distance event like the STP or RAMROD. If you have been doing the RAMROD Training Series rides, this will be a good opportunity for you to maintain your training. The route is very hilly, but also includes some extended flat stretches. Our pace will be generally in the strenuous range, but we may choose to do some faster sprints. Our policy is to generally stay together on the flats and to regroup at the top of hills.
Please note that this ride follows a route that was mapped to start in Issaquah. We will be starting from Blythe Park in Bothell and will follow the route from there.
