- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Rural and urban hills. Start with a climb out of Woodinville town center. Meander up, down, and back up Hollywood Hill before going through Trilogy to Redmond Ridge and Avondale Road. Then over Education Hill and English Hill, and back to Woodinville Fields.
Please be at the start by 9:15 AM to prep and hear the S.M.A.R.T. briefing. We need to be rolling at 9:30 AM sharp.
No formal food stop, so bring a snack to eat during a pause. Porta-pot and flush toilet at the start.
The listed phone number will not be answered after 8:00 AM on the day of the ride, except as noted next below.
SPECIAL NOTE: I will not be at the ride start if weather conditions make it obvious that we will not ride. I will announce the cancellation in the comments section below, not later than 7:30 AM on ride day. If I cancel, I will be at the listed phone number from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM that day. If you have questions about the cancellation, please call before you leave for the ride.
