- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

We will ride to Redmond via Waynita Way, Forbes Creek, and Old Redmond Rd. After a food break in Redmond, we will take Hwy 202 to Education Hill prior to crossing over to Avondale Rd via NE 116th. We will continue back to Bothell on NE 165th prior to connecting with Sammamish River trail in Woodinville.
Please come at least 20 minutes early if you wish to use restrooms before start of ride. They are .2 miles away in Bothell Landing Park. You can walk or ride to them.
Weather cancellation will be posted at least 2 hours prior to start of ride on this page. Showers at start will cancel the ride.
