Eastside CATS recovery ride.

This is a nice gentle recovery ride after bashing hills in Sammamish and Snoqualmie. This is a nice ride around the Eastside, taking in Avondale, NE Redmond Road and others

As this is a recovery ride the pace will be a strick low end brisk led ride. The aim is to not go too hard, but just enjoy the ride and ease those legs ready for Monday morning. Should you want to push the pace up a little then you are on your own - cue sheets will be provided.

Come prepared with wet weather rain gear and fenders for your bike just in case.

Please be sure to arrive early enough to prepare yourself for the ride and the safety briefing.

Showers will cancel this ride and I will announce two hours before ride time if the ride is cancelled.

No planned rest stops, so bring enough water/food for the ride duration. There is a portable toilet at the start location.
