- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Join us for a 29.7 mile, 1600' elevation gain ride as we ride to Capitol Hill, Beacon Hill, Chief Sealth trail, Kubota Gardens, Seward Park, Lake Washington Blvd., Madrona and Interlaken. If time allows, we will also offer one or two steep optional hill climbs (one of which is the steepest paved street in Seattle at 26%) for the climbing enthusiasts. Afterwards, we'll head to the Nickerson Street Saloon for food, drinks and socializing for those interested.
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the start time to get your bike set up, sign the waiver, and to listen to the safety talk.
I will not be at the ride start should conditions be as noted in “Showers Cancels” above. I will announce the cancellation in the comments section below at least 2 hours prior to the ride start and will monitor my phone and/or email listed in the contact information. If you have questions about the weather, please call (or email) before you leave for the ride.
