  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Help me work off my pie belly: This is a good in-city, off-season route with a mix of hills, flats and views. We will get warmed up on the hills in Discovery Park and Magnolia then head south to Lincoln Park in West Seattle, up Marine View, east to the Duwamish via White Center and Tukwila, and descend in Renton at the South end of Lake Washington where we head north on Lake Wash. Blvd. to Seward Park then continue north to the Burke Gillman Trail and back to Magnolia. Brief stops at Lincoln and Seward Parks; optional coffee stop at Red WIng if time permits. 

Please join at Discovery Park NORTH parking lot by 8:50AM, we will roll promptly at 9:00 (Make 1st R after you enter the park on Government Way). In consideration of our fellow riders, fenders with buddy flap if roads are wet please. Showers cancel.
