Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Please join us for a leisurely, low-key, ride entirely on the trails between Redmond and Woodinville. OK, it's not entirely on the trails - we have to cross the street a couple times! This ride is designed for beginner riders, or riders who've been off the bike for a long time. We'll stay together and support each other, so if you are just learning to ride, this might be perfect!

Rest stops: There is always a portable restroom at the start, but there may be no place to fill water bottles (sometimes the bathrooms are locked), so please do that before arriving. There are other places to stop along the way, and it is a short ride, but there will be at least one break for homemade cookies baked by the ride leader's wife, Susan!

Weather: If you want to ride even if it is raining, this is the ride for you! But really heavy rain or dangerous conditions, such snow or ice, or large numbers of branches on the trail after a windstorm, will result in a cancellation. In that event, the ride leader will post this information here at least two hours before the start of the ride, and the ride leader will not be at the start of the ride.
