Join us on Megan's 2nd mentored ride in her quest to be a Cascade Ride Leader. This is a traditional route from Auburn up to the world famous Black Diamond Bakery. This ride has some climbing along with nice fast downhills and flat sections as we drop down to the valley on the return.
Restrooms: At the start (Wal-Mart) & mile 14
Arrive at least 30 minutes early so that you can get yourself ready, sign the waiver, and listen to the S.M.A.R.T. briefing. This allows us to have an on-time departure.
Be considerate and have full fenders including mud flaps if roads are wet or a prediction of rain is in the forecast, or ride in the back.
A route map and cue sheet are on the Ride With GPS link, below. If you want a cue sheet please print and bring it. The ride leader will not have extra copies.
You are encouraged to pre-register by clicking the red "Register Now" button above. There is no need to un-register if you decide not to ride.
Cancellation Policy: If needed, a weather cancellation will be posted two hours prior to the Comments section, below, and the ride leader will not be at the start. Please check here before leaving for the ride.
