- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

There is NO pre-registration for this ride. Check the Comments section the night before the ride for any changes.
This ride is not safe for children or beginners due to some sections of traffic. Most road cycling however is on low traffic roads or roads with a bike lane.
A recreational ride with road riding as well as on trails. A food stop. A few upgrades and hiway crossings. Cancellations if any, will be in the Comments section below.
To drive to the start from I-5 take exit 177 east toward Lake Forest Park and Kenmore (not Edmonds and the Kingston ferry) Travel east on Ballinger Way/Hwy 104 until it meets Hwy 522/Bothell Way and turn left. Then take the first right at 61st Ave down a steep little hill and another right into the park.
