- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

We will ride across I-90 bridge, cross Mercer Island to head south along Lake Washington. A diversion to Newcastle and the Renton Highlands will give a bit of a workout before a steep downhill to the Cedar River Trail. Panera Bread in Renton will be the food/coffee stop at 23 miles. We will ride back along the southwest side of Lake Washington. Please be ready to hear the SMART talk at 9:55 am, since ride will start at 10 am.
Ride cancellation due to snow, ice, or showers will be posted 2 hours prior to start time in comments section of this page and leader will not be at start.
