Fall is here, so that means it's time to ride for pastries! Today's route takes us to Fresh Flours Bakery in West Seattle/White Center.
Join us for a 26 mile, Moderate-paced (15mph) loop through the various neighborhoods of West Seattle: Alki, Arbor Crest, Highland Park, and Delridge. Let's meet in the parking lot of Jack Block Park, at 8:45am for a pre-ride brief, then rolling promptly at 9:00am. We have a longish climb up Marine View Drive after warming up our legs along Alki Beach Trail. Our pastries await us at Fresh Flours Bakery at mile marker 19.6; then our full bellies will carry us downhill to the Duwamish River Trail as we head back to the ride start.
Pace: Please note, we will ride within the posted pace on the flats with an equivalent effort up hills. If you plan to ride faster or slower, please come prepared to ride on your own so that each pace group does not have long wait times. We'll limit speed to posted limits while on multi-use paths.
Regroups/Mechanicals: This will be a social ride with regroups at the top of bigger hills and at all critical turns along the way. We'll also enjoy some opportunities for photos at nice viewpoints. Please come prepared with the necessary equipment you may need to take care of flats or other mechanical problems. A cue sheet is available for you to print (at the link below) and is good to have in case you happen to get separated from the group.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a weather cancellation, a notice will be posted in the comments on this page at least two hours before the ride and the ride leaders will not be at the ride start location.
Registration: Please pre-register by clicking the red "Register Now" button above.
Hope you can join us!

Waiver printed
Hi all, this is the last opportunity I have to use a printer before tomorrow morning so I am printing the waiver with current list of registrants. Any additional registrants will need to sign it in person at the ride start. Thanks!

I saw your group this morning as I was in my car heading down from Fauntleroy Way to Beach Drive. A good looking group! You have a good day for a great ride.
