- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

UPDATE: I changed the route to include the Issaquah-Preston Trail and the Pickering Trail. 8/17/2018
Social Sunday ride to Issaquah on trails and quiet roads for the much of the ride. There will be regrouping at top of significant hills. Enjoy a break at the Issaquah Coffee Co., prior to our return via Newport Way, Medina and the 520 bridge trail.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start for introductions and safety talk. We will leave at 9 am sharp. Shower cancellation will be announced 2 hours prior to start of ride on this page.
Optional after ride gathering at Magnuson Cafe and Brewery.

There is an air quality alert that starts at 10:00 am Sunday. Might you cancel or shorten the ride due to the air quality?
