- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

It’s now winter so let's dial the ride back a little. We will ride from Woodland Park to Alki for coffee and a snack. This ride will be at a true steady pace on the flats with regroups at the top of hills if necessary. Please arrive fifteen minutes early to sign the ride waiver and hear the SMART speach.
Ice, snow or tempurature below 37 degrees at the start will also cancel this ride.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a weather cancellation, a notice will be posted in the comments on this page at least two hours before the ride and the ride leaders will not be at the ride start location.
