- Advance registration required for all participants. If you decide not to ride, please click Cancel My Registration below to open space for others. (How to cancel)
- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Second Mentored ride for Josh Newman.
Come on out and support Josh on his last Mentored ride from the Auburn Regal Theater to the Black Diamond Bakery.
Fenders with buddy flap required if rain is in the forecast.
Must be able to maintain 15 mph on the flat road, we regroup on the top of hills.
Restroom inside Wal-Mart at the start, and at mile 14.3 Black Diamond Bakery- 20 min stop.
New Riders: Welcome - review link below. Riders should be able to maintain the pace and know how to change a flat tire (and carry the equipment to do so).
Cue sheet: Print a cue sheet from the Ride With GPS Route link below.
Regroup: We will regroup at the top of hills. Mechanicals will not stop the group. Have an alternate plan if you cannot finish the ride.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a weather cancellation, it will be posted 2 hours prior to the start in the comments section on Cascade and the Ride Leader will not be at the start.

Blue like the water in McDonald Lake
I would say that your bike reminds me of McDonald Lake in Glacier National Park. It's the same beautiful deep blue as the water in that lake. I can't wait to ride with you and everyone else tomorrow!

I will let you take pictures of my blue araya 70's road bike and you can ride it tommorow before or after the ride. I am happy and excited to ride with you and all my other cascade bicycle club riders =)
