For everyone who can't get enough of lovely Kitsap County - this ride is similar to the Kitsap Color Classic Hansville Loop and also includes a quick stop at Point No Point Lighthouse. There are some hills - we'll take them at our own pace and regroup after. Ride Leader will not be on the ferry but will meet riders at the Kingston Ferry Dock. If you are coming by ferry from Edmonds, please take one that leaves at 8:50 and arrives in Kingston at 9:20.
I expect to have us back at the ferry terminal in time to catch the 12:50 or 1:30 back to Edmonds, but there is a cool crepe place, an ice cream place and a coffee shop near the ferry terminal and for anyone with time and inclination, we could do some post ride re-fueling at one of those. I've included the ferry schedule as a link below.
Please register for the ride by using the "Register Now" button at the top of the page. Registering and signing the electronic waiver on-line will save us time at the start. You do not need to be a member of Cascade to register on-line and if you can't make it, you do not need to unregister.
New riders are always welcome. If you are new to Cascade free group rides, please read our newcomer information (link above). Please note: helmets are required on all Cascade rides. Other strongly recommended items to bring with you: water, snacks, a spare tube, tire levers and anything else needed to change a flat tire or fix minor mechanical issues, a charged cell phone, ID, some cash and a credit card.
The ride with GPS link below has the route map that you can download and cue sheets that can be printed. Please print a cue sheet if you would like one.
Cancellation Policy: If needed, a weather cancellation will be posted in the Comments sections below two hours prior to the ride start time and the ride leader will not be at the start location. If the weather is questionable, please check here before leaving for the ride.

Weather is looking "iffy" - http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/forecast/wxtables/index.php?lat=47.79954978055705&lon=-122.49841690063475&clrindex=0&table=custom&duration=7&interval=6
I just put the fenders back on my bike and am hoping that percepitation will stay at "drizzle" level and we'll still ride, but please check for cancellation notice before you leave.
Thanks! Marlene
We're riding!
Rain still likely but not a lot of it, so we are riding! Other recommended items: fenders and lights. See you there!
