KEEPING RIDERS SAFE

- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

A mid-week ride departing from Gas Works Park heading toward Seward Park for great views of Lake Washington. Coming back we'll visit the Raconteur Cafe at Third Place Books on Wilson Ave in the neighborhood near Seward Park..
Moderate pace with regroups on hills. New riders please read the information on the Cascade Free Group Rides page. Bring water, a snack, some money for coffee at the rest break, and all necessary tools & tubes in case they are needed. Online preregistration is appreciated. A link to the map and cue on RideswithGPS is posted below.
If a ride is cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be posted here in the comment section by 8:00 a.m. and ride leaders will not be waiting at the start.
