Opportunities by Roles

General Event Volunteer

As a General Volunteer you will be helping with last minute needs at different volunteer positions, run errands, fill in and lend a hand as necessary during the event. Bring a friendly smile!

Start Line / Finish Line Volunteer

Join our Cascade team as a volunteer and help set up our ride's Start Lines and Finish Lines. Tasks include site set up (and breakdown), answering rider questions, registration bib pickup, and everything in between.

Rest Stop Volunteer

Rest Stop volunteers help with unloading of event truck, set up tents, tables and placing boxes and supplies on tables. Making PB+Js as needed and keeping the food table stocked.

Route Marking Volunteer

Cascade is looking for volunteers to help us mark routes for our major event rides. Route marking is a physically and time demanding activity, and it requires some schedule flexibility. Volunteers would be contributing to a vital element of successful ride events.

The trail guides are placed along the route at key locations making sure that our riders are riding in the right direction. This is a fun volunteer role to do with a friend. Cheer on riders along the route!

Graphic Design Volunteer

Cascade is looking for volunteer graphic designers who enjoy working in a diversity of styles—including web graphics, posters, branding, layout/multiple-page projects, and other digital/web deliverables!

Bike Valet Volunteer

Bike Valet will be assisting us in setting up bike racks just before guiding riders in the corral, and the whole process in reverse at the end of the event (or part of an event like a beer garden). A brief orientation over zoom will be provided.
