2022 Wonders of Washington Fall Fundraiser Volunteer Opportunities

Event Description Wonders of Washington:
Imagine crossing the state–and even the country–entirely by bike on safe and separated regional trails.

Through the amazing work of so many organizations and state agencies, that dream continues to move closer to reality with the recent Beverly Bridge project completed on the 289-mile Palouse to Cascades trail. We’re even close to completing the Olympic Discovery Trail, connecting us nationwide on the Great American Rail-Trail.

Join us for an evening celebrating the “Wonder of Washington” and our shared love of biking with hearty appetizers, drinks, a live auction, games, and fun engaging conversations about your favorite regions of the state to ride.   Learn More

Fall Fundraiser - Bike Valet Attendant - click to see times

2 volunteer(s) needed

Role Description: Help direct guests to park and pick up cars in the lower lot. Collect prepaid parking passes. Watch over cars during the event.
Orientation: Short zoom with Andra call to go over basics on 10/25 at 6:30pm for 30 minutes via remote meeting. Andra will reach out to you to set up the zoom call after you sign-up.

Fall Fundraiser - Parking Attendant - click to see times

Role Description: Help direct guests to park and pick up cars in the lower lot. Collect prepaid parking passes. Watch over cars during the event. Shift is outside, under a covered tent. Hired security on site.
Orientation: Short zoom with Lida call to go over basics. Lida will reach out to you to set up the zoom call after you sign-up.

Fall Fundraiser - General Volunteer - 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm

Role Description: Help with last minute needs, run errands, fill in and lend a hand as necessary. Bring a pair of work gloves.
Orientation: Short zoom with Andra call to go over basics on 10/25 at 6:30pm for 30 minutes via remote meeting. Andra will reach out to you to set up the zoom call after you sign-up.
